Service Proposal
The planning and feasibility phase begins with a consultation meeting where we align on the overall direction and essence of the project. We create a custom presentation for your project which includes a scope of work document, detailed budget, and timeline to review with you. We explain the holistic construction process in detail to ensure you have a complete understanding of how everything works so that you can feel confident in moving forward.
Pre-Construction
The pre-construction phase covers everything required before construction can begin. Since every project is unique, we identify all items that are required. This could include zoning analysis, site survey, energy audit, hazmat testing, consultant reports, engineering, permit drawings, interior design, quote collection, budget assembly, construction scheduling etc. Once we've completed all the requirements we submit the package to the city for building permits. The pre-construction phase is concluded with a formal client sign off on all design work, scope of work, budget and schedule.
Construction & Completion
The demolition and construction phase is where all the pre-construction planning comes to fruition. Our dedicated construction managers personally oversee each project. Communication is vital which is why we send regular progress reports, site photos and updates to ensure you're up to date and in control. You can access all project information online 24/7 to ensure you know where your budget and schedule are at any moment. At the end of the project, we complete a comprehensive completion walkthrough tour to ensure you can enjoy peace of mind knowing you'll be taken care of with our comprehensive warranty.
