"The professionalism that Jordan and his team brought to our project caught me off guard. I expected this kind of attention to a large-scale project not our small simple renovation. It was clear from the start that the knowledge and experience was there. The transparency of the entire project was great. Everything was visible online including timesheets, invoices, schedule, budget summary and payments. Like most complex renovations we added changes along the way, which added to the cost and time frame however the Square One team calculated our requests quickly and ensured no surprises and kept us on time and on budget.
