(Whole Home Renovation in South Vancouver)
A black-framed glass partition divides the dining room from the kitchen in this South Vancouver renovation, keeping light moving between the two without losing the separation. On the kitchen side: white cabinets with brass hardware, a brass faucet, white counters, glossy subway tile, and cone pendants lined in gold over the island.
The family room is built around a wall of charcoal bookcases flanking a marble-look fireplace surround with a mounted TV. In the formal living room, a plaster ceiling medallion holds a brass chandelier with black shades, and the fireplace gets a herringbone marble-look surround under a gold-framed mirror.
Smaller moments carry the same finish level. The powder room pairs a brass widespread faucet with cross handles against a near-black wall. Square One handled the work throughout, down to the trim.
