Project Overview
The initial plan for this home was mostly aesthetic upgrades however this project grew into a substantial renovation. Floor plans were altered, structural changes were made and the entire home was upgraded. A substantial automation package was installed throughout the home inclusive of a large home theatre with bar. Lift and slide glass doors were installed on the entire south wall of the home to take advantage of the ocean view.
An outdoor living area was constructed to accommodate year round comfort outside. All finishes throughout the home were upgraded inclusive of flooring, cabinetry, finishes, paint and fixtures.

Full Home Upgrade
While this project started with small design improvements we ended up working with the client on a full home upgrade. Exterior changes were centred around building out a covered outdoor living room and patio. With removable walls and a glass roof this is the perfect space for year round outdoor entertainment.
In addition to adding a modern touch, the homes interior renovations included structural and floor plan changes, the introduction of an automation package and a home theater. Our team also added large south facing windows to maximize natural lighting and ocean views.
