RenovationsSouth Vancouver Renovation

Project Overview

Our clients asked us to update the interior of their home and make it brighter. Modernizing the aesthetics of the home and new floor planning was also required. We installed new windows, completely redesigned the kitchen and removed all of the existing finishes throughout the home.

All flooring, painting, finishing, cabinetry, appliances, lighting & plumbing fixtures are new. We also added an easy to hide sliding door system to close off the kitchen from the dining room.

Natural Lighting

The core focus of this South Vancouver renovation was to brighten up the home through the use of natural lighting. We were able to accomplish this through installing large windows and lightening up the homes color tone.

Open Concept

Another focus of this renovation was to open up the homes interior. We completely redesigned the kitchen to support our minimalist approach and designed the main living area to support a spacious feel.

Modern Aesthetics

Working closely with the client and alongside our designer Chrissy Cottrell we were able to tie off this renovation with integrated appliances, custom millwork and modern aesthetics throughout the home.

Focus on Natural Lighting

When first discussing this renovation with the client it was evident that they were looking to lighten up and modernize the home. We were able to accomplish this by adding large windows which allowed for the flow of natural lighting, and by working with light-toned colors when choosing furniture and millwork. Modernizing the home started with an upgrade of all appliances and light fixtures but also spread into additional home aesthetics which was spearheaded by our interior designer Chrissy Cottrell.
