This project was a large interior and exterior renovation project. The entirety of the exterior was replaced due to prior leakage problems. The interior of the home was completely reconfigured and redesigned. A key feature was on the upper floor included the installation of bifolding glass doors across the entire front of the house to accommodate the ocean views. A large kitchen and open living area was designed to facilitate entertaining guests.
Many modern features including frameless glass railings both inside and out allowed light to cascade throughout the home. A spa like bathroom inclusive of a steam shower was added in the master ensuite.
To support the various interior changes we added modern and functional elements to the exterior while fixing the homes previous leakage problems.

White Rock Living
The beachside city of White Rock is one of the sunniest spots in Greater Vancouver. With this in mind we centred this renovation round maximizing natural light and ocean views.
Kitchen and Living Area
When designing the main floor, kitchen and living area we wanted to maintain a minimalist, open concept design. It was important that this space could facilitate large gatherings without compromising on comfort and style. We were able to maximize natural lighting with the introduction of large windows and light furniture. To support storage space we were able to curate functional and stylish cabinets that flawlessly integrated with our custom floors and countertops.
