Project Overview
This project was a new build was a modern styled project designed to blend both transitional design with some west coast modern elements. The original home was demolished and removed prior to starting the new build.
Key features in the home included radiant in floor heating, A/C, home automation and security, custom millwork, spice kitchen and integrated appliances.

To mask strong cooking aromas we build out a custom spice kitchen in addition to the main kitchen and living area.
Custom Millwork
Any custom project is not complete without integrated custom millwork, individually designed and built to support the feel and aesthetics of the home.
Integrated Appliances
No detail is too small and completing this home with full integrated appliances was the final touch in combining practicality with luxury.
