Project Overview
This project was purchased, designed and developed by Square One. The property had to go through the development permit stage prior to obtaining a building permit. After permits had been obtained the goal was to design and build high-end luxury ocean view town homes for resale. Many high-end finishes were used throughout the homes.
Miele appliances, home automation systems, elevators, steel and glass canopies, luxury bathroom designs, custom millwork, quartz countertops and A/V systems are some of the key features of these homes.
