Project Overview
This new home build was a transitional design intended to blend both traditional design with a modernized farmhouse aesthetic. This home was on a septic system in addition to well water. A detached garage/shop was built behind the home to accommodate more parking and storage.
The well-appointed 3 level home also featured a completely finished basement and legal suite.

This state of the art custom home built in South Langley was completed for our client who wanted to mirror a farmhouse feel with a modern appeal. Custom homes are built to push the norm and allow our customers to dream outside the box. While located in the heart of Langley, the homes exterior holds true to a traditional european farmhouse with its sharp peaks and arched windows.

The homes interior showcases a beautiful open concept design with plenty of natural lighting and ergonomic millwork. This project is a great example of how custom projects allow for our customers to build their dream home wherever they are at.
