Project Overview
The focus on this project was to create a self-contained master suite, add covered outdoor living space and update the interior of the home. In addition we added a new roof, deck, railings. Key highlights in the home include: A/V system, outdoor living space with infrared heaters & fire pit, master ensuite with self contained laundry room, built in cabinetry and storage.
The home was updated and modernized with new floors, finishing, paint, cabinetry and fixtures.

Outdoor Living Room
When approaching this project we knew we needed to take advantage of the main outdoor deck space. In addition to doing a major interior renovation our focus was to build out an outdoor space that could be enjoyed 12 months a year. We started by integrating strong infrared heaters & a central fire pit. From here we build out the glass railings as well as building out a roof over the main deck area. When finished the deck came together as a spacious living room that can be enjoyed despite the season.
